Well, It has been 4 days since the John Lewis Christmas advert came out. It's an emotional one, guys. Every single time I watch it, I cry. To be honest though, I cry at everything.
For a quick plot, it is about a girl who looks through her telescope and sees an old man, living on the moon, alone. She tries to get a present to him for Christmas and after many failed attempts, she does it.
It emphasises this years aim for many of us. It is the problem with loneliness and elderly people. So this Christmas, go and talk to a person who lives by themselves, because you might be the only one who does it. We should value our elders as they have stories that we may never hear otherwise.
